Extended confiscation and its justification in light of fundamental rights and general principles of EU law

The main objective of the research carried out under the project is to develop a justification for the use of extended confiscation that would be acceptable to the legislative and judicial authorities of the EU Member States and could be a reference point for other instruments of this type.
