Second meeting of the ERT was on 30<sup>th<\/sup> June 2023 and included presentation of current research results by El\u017cbieta Hryniewicz-Lach (English),<\/li>\n<li><strong>El\u017cbieta Hryniewicz-Lach<\/strong> took part in German-Polish-Austrian Seminar on Comparative Law: <strong>\u201eStrafrechtliche Sanktionen in der EU\u201c <\/strong>[Criminal sanctions in the EU], which took place on 31.05-2.06.2023 in Frankfurt\/Oder. At the seminar she presented <strong>a paper on<\/strong> <em>M\u00f6glichkeiten strafrechtlicher Verm\u00f6gensabsch\u00f6pfung unter besonderer Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Rechtsnatur<br \/>\nin Polen<\/em> [Possibilities of confiscation of assets under criminal law with special consideration of its legal nature in Poland] (German),<\/li>\n<li>The Entire Research Team was reinforced by <strong>Sandra Oliveira e Silva<\/strong>, Professor of the University of Porto in Portugal, who will prepare <strong>Portuguese country report<\/strong> on extended confiscation.
